Main Theme: Discovering Your Leadership
Leadership is not a title to be worn or a badge to be earned. Rather, it is something personal, discovered through experience, reflection and courage. We believe no single leadership style suits everyone. For that reason, leadership cannot simply be taught; it must be uncovered and inspired from within. Students will be encouraged to explore different approaches to leadership, so they can identify what resonates most with them. In doing so, they will begin shaping a leadership style that is authentic, confident and uniquely their own.
Sub Theme: Challenging Perspectives
A vital part of discovering your leadership is learning to see beyond your own point of view. Growth begins when assumptions are questioned and familiar ways of thinking are stretched. By engaging with diverse perspectives, creative ideas and unexpected challenges, students expand how they approach teamwork and problem-solving. Leadership is strengthened by curiosity and adaptability. When students are encouraged to think differently, they build resilience, innovation and confidence in navigating complexity.
Momentum Begins Small
This sub-theme focuses on the practical foundations of leadership. Students will explore how to set achievable goals, plan with purpose and collaborate effectively to turn ideas into tangible outcomes. By starting small and building steadily, students will learn that lasting leadership is not about sudden leaps, but consistent, purposeful progress. By working together, they will experience the strength of collective thinking and the impact it can have within their own communities.
