At Fogarty Futures, we hold a strong commitment to equity and accessibility. There are no prerequisites to attending Futures (no prior experience needed), and we hold a commitment to working with students to ensure that the camp is accessible to them and that we can make accommodations to support participation.
We offer different grants to ensure that every student feels confident and supported to apply and attend the conference. We offer two main types of grants to cover the cost of participation.

Remote and Regional Travel Grants
Our travel grants cover the cost of travel for students who would otherwise find it a barrier to participating. The camp is held in Hillarys Perth, but open to statewide applicants so our grants are able to cover:
- Flight costs if applicable
- Bus/train costs if applicable
- Any other associated travel costs
Free Participation Grants
For students who may be hesitant to apply because of the cost, we encourage you to still apply and contact our team about how we might support you!
